I have been working within health and fitness for the last 10 years, in settings ranging from commercial and CrossFit gyms to NHS mental health hospitals and charity-based community wellbeing.

I love being able to support people at different stages of their fitness and wellbeing journey, whether it’s someone that is new to exercise or it’s someone wanting to increase their performance, it’s a priviledge to be able to support them to achieve their goals.

My practice is underpinned by the belief that everyone knows themselves best. I see my role as helping guide and support you on your journey to better health. I combine my experience as a PT and sports coach with my MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and training in Counselling Skills to deliver personal, evidence-based support and guidance.

I started Akeso to help people find better health. At Akeso, exercise is seen as something that is a privilege, not an obligation. Here, there is no ‘right way’ to exercise; if you’re enjoying it then its good!
